At a press conference on July 12, the deputy of Lutsk city council Pavel Danilchuk noted that the premises of the former Bernardine monastery at the address 2 Svobody Ave since the 1990s have been occupied by patriotic organizations headed by current director of the publishing house "Initial" Viktor Fedosyuk.

"Unfortunately, lately there have been misunderstandings with the chancellor of Volyn eparchy of the UOC-KP, Mikhail Zinkevich, who wants to "pit" patriotic organizations against each other," said Danilchuk.
